Found in 1971, MMTG is a not-for-profit, amateur theatrical society that specialises in staging musicals in Macclesfield. We are a self-funded, not-for-profit theatre group run by volunteers who share a passion for musical theatre – whether performing on-stage or working behind the scenes. We usually produce a pantomime in January and a show in September.

We are a member of the National Operatic and Dramatic Association. NODA’s vision is that amateur theatre is successful and sustainable, providing a range of opportunities for people to develop their skills and enjoy taking part, at all levels.
